Remedion

Monitoring

SQL Server and iDRAC dashboards in the same portal as remediation.

Opt in per asset for time-series charts and 30-day history—without standing up a separate observability stack.

Monitoring · per monitored asset add-on

Infrastructure dashboards for SQL Server and iDRAC—without Datadog pricing.

Remedion Monitoring is an opt-in module for assets you choose: Windows and Linux servers, SQL hosts, Dell iDRAC, NetScaler, firewalls, and more. Time-series charts and 30-day history live next to remediation, remote control, and out-of-band management in the same portal.

Role-aware tabs appear when SQL Server is detected—alongside server CPU, memory, and disk on the same asset.

  • Opt in per asset

Turn monitoring on only for the servers, SQL hosts, and iDRAC appliances that need dashboards—billed per monitored asset, not every Windows agent.

  • Time-series dashboards

CPU, memory, disk, and IOPS on servers and VMs, with 30-day raw history included for trend reviews and incident timelines.

  • SQL Server performance tab

When SQL Server is detected, a dedicated tab tracks engine and Agent service state, buffer cache hit ratio, batch requests, deadlocks, connections, and MSSQL error events.

  • iDRAC out-of-band tab

Dell iDRAC assets get health, thermal, fan, PSU, power draw, and temperature charts—alongside the same portal inventory and console access in Base.

  • Role-aware views

Exchange and Citrix roles get their own tabs when detected. Server performance stays the default for general Windows and Linux hosts.

  • Fleet monitoring page

A client-wide Monitoring view lists opted-in assets, billing class, and estate counts—so MSPs can quote monitoring separately from Base PEPM.

iDRAC inventory, HTML5 console, and LAPS-style password escrow remain in the Base platform. Monitoring adds the time-series layer on top when you opt an asset in. See licensed modules for how Monitoring bills separately from agent add-ons.
