  • Windows remote control, recorded and audited

    Take an interactive desktop session through the portal. Sessions can be recorded, attributed to the operator, and retained for review—not a shadow RDP hop.

  • Live PowerShell into Windows

    Run real-time commands on the endpoint from the asset workspace. The channel is outbound HTTPS from the agent—no inbound WinRM or RDP hole.

  • Linux live shell over outbound HTTPS

    Interactive bash on Ubuntu/Debian agents uses the same outbound web-shell path. Linux sshd hardening stays in Base; this is operator access without inbound SSH.

  • Location tracker (Windows Location Services)

    See last known location from Windows Location Services via the interactive helper—useful for lost laptops and site audits, not silent GPS stalking.

  • Audit trail by design

    Who connected, when, and (when recording is on) what happened. Pair with iDRAC console sessions in Base for BMC work that also needs an operator identity.

Work-day timelines and app focus stay on Asset productivity. Remote control, PowerShell, and location share the same Productivity licence.
